I have a 2010 and I travel a lot. Guess I'll have to upgrade even if I have to pay the dealer.

version year

Hi all,

I just bought the map update for my 2009 G37S sedan from navteq for $99.

Infiniti Navigation Center - Home

I had the dealer install it for $130. I checked the version, it read "12-13 YEAR". I called nav teq twice, and they said it should read "13-14" and gave me a new code the second time I called. I had the dealer install it again today, it still says "12-13 YEAR". The service rep is pretty much clueless and said we just put in the code the customer provides. I've emailed navteq and waiting to hear from them.
Has anyone encountered this before?
