Trunk dimensions for sub fit??

Just a quick question for everyone..

Does anyone know the length/height of the coupe trunk? I am out of town and found an awesome deal on a subwoofer but dont know whether the box will fit in the trunk or not. The dimensions of the box are
(L) 32.5 x (W) 15.8 x (H) 16.2 inches.

The heigh is what im most concerned with, being as it will need over 16 inches to clear. I'm not worried too much about extra space since its a weekend car anyways, but I just want to guarentee it fits comfortably.

They are 2 10's for anyone curious, worse case scenario I can ditch the box and make a custom one but I'd rather just plug and play.

Anyone with some input?
Thanks in advance

dimensions: 28-1/8"W x 12-15/16"H x 13-1/8"D1 x 9-3/4"D2

This is the dimensions on the box I'm running. It fits in there snugly but not all the way to the back. It stops right at the top where the box meets the top liner in the trunk. My box isn't bolted down but I don't need to because it doesn't move at all.

I like this box, but I don't know how it would affect the sound of the subs..

those are good dimensions, if i can manage to just get the box in there I can probably find a makeshift way to bolt it so it doesn't move. How much height room is left after the box is in?

ideally i'd like it to fit all the way back like this box but idk if dropping another $120 at the moment is worth it for me after spending on the box and amp

If your heightis more that 12.25 to 12.5 inches you will not be able to back the box against the back seat. It will take over the larger space of your truck.

There is no more room at the top lol. It's right up against the top. I can get you a picture a little later, maybe tomorrow if you'd like. The box used to be in my old car so I just transplanted it into the g.

My plan was to get a 4080 box (drivers side), and a Custom Fiberglass Enclosure (passenger side). That way it takes up almost no room in the trunk... just those corners. I bought the Passenger side one already, and maybe in the future will get the 4080. But if you're not willing to buy a zenclosure, I'm sure the 500 or 600 you'd spend on getting these two would be out of the question.

yeah that'd be very helpful actually.
I just dont know if i should pull the trigger on this or not...
if it ends up not fitting I may just throw it in the backseat time being and fabricated a box myself because theres no way its fitting against the back seat, if im lucky i cant get it to fit in the larger area of the trunk..

I had to get new subs, because the volume per chamber is 0.50ft^3. I went with two Rockford Fosgate P3SD2-10

^thats a great way to integrate the box. reserving the trunk room would be great but is not a complete deal breaker since the g isn't my daily car. I may just buy these subs and take some time fabricating a box that can fit snug in there.

Have the exact same box. Was rocking a standard enclosed box and it was rattling everything. This literally turned the sound around. Buy that box. make your truck still have room and sound amazing.

so I hate to resurrect this thread but I didnt wanna make a new one. Anyways I ended up buying the said package. It is a dual 12" (not 10) Infinity subwoofer with a kenwood amp integrated into the back of it. Now being that this is a massive package and not necessary for a sports coupe, I got it for an absolute steal so I had no choice but to purchase it.

But upon examination, of course it doesn't fit in the trunk, in fact doesn't even come close. My questions now are:
Where can I find a proper dual 12" box? I did quick google search and nothing fits that criteria including zenclosures for coupes

OR

Can I just throw these in the backseat and hope for the best? I rarely drive the car, let alone use the backseat at all so the space is not my concern. If I can wire it up and make it not look like some hack job, i dont see any downsides...?
