Wink Review

I wanted to share my recent experience with purchasing and working with Gabe. A few weeks ago, I stumbled across this thread and reached out to Gabe to inquire if he was still modding GT-R buttons. I did receive a response from him and we exchanged numbers and began to chat. I was interested in having a GT-R button modded, but after some discussion, Gabe actually convinced me to go another route. Please note, this alternative route cost less than the other). I knew at that time, I was working with someone that was more concerned with my satisfaction then profiting. This made me happy! I ended up going with a modded OEM button. I have a 2013 coupe 6MT S, so my OEM button had the START / STOP / ENGINE. Gabe helped procure the button from the earlier models that simply have START / STOP. I actually just told the doctor to work his magic and whatever he decided as far as colors, I would roll with. I figured he knew best! He purchased the button, told me to remit payment when I could. I immediately sent him the money. He decided to go with LOCK = red, ACC = white, ON = Blue, BUTTON = white, ENGINE = blue. His communication with me could not have been any better. He reached out to notify me when he received the button, and less than a day later he provided me with a tracking number.

He had shipped the button USPS Priority Mail and had taken the extra precaution to wrap the button in bubble wrap! I came home from work and immediately began the install. Unfortunately, the button itself as well as the engine light was not lighting up. The top 3 LED's were working, but the others were not. I knew that something easy to fix was at play here. I reached out to Gabe, and he promptly gave me the option of a FULL REFUND or told me I could send it back to him and he could see what he could do. I was very pleased and did not doubt his competence one bit, so I decided to send it back to him. I shipped the button overnight back to him. The very next day, I of course get a text from Gabe notifying me that he already fixed the problem and it was of course as he thought... something simple and easy. He provided me with a tracking number and send it back to me.

A few days later, I of course go the button back. Shipped promptly once again via priority and bubble wrapped up to protect. I installed the button and of course, everything worked perfect! I cannot speak highly enough about the communication, quality of work, and most importantly the customer service. All this guy cares about his your satisfaction. He was constantly apologizing to me when the button arrived not working 100%. He owned the problem and made it right without hesitation. I was given 2 options and 1 of them would have incurred a loss of money on his end. He could have cared less. He just wanted me to be happy with either a refund or a working button. I could not be happier. Gabe was a pleasure to do business with. Have him do this work for you... you will not be disappointed You can have the confidence in knowing that someone competent and professional is rendering this service.

Attaching pictures of the OEM button and then a few of the modded new OEM button. The blue and white matches perfect with the interior mods I have. I have an ESCORT 9500IX (blue), ESCORT DirectWire Smart Cord (blue), and Raceseng shift **** and collar (match gauges).

*** Not sure what is going with the pictures, but if you click them and then open in a new tab they are not stretched ***
