Backing up music box to USB?

Backing up music box to USB?
1) Can I download the files on the music box to a USB? I have some music on there that I'd like to backup. P 246 of 2011 owners manual says
"Transfer Missing Titles to USB
Transfer the information of an album re- corded without titles to a USB memory. Visit www.InfinitiUSA.com/music-update/ for details. "
But I'm not sure that includes the music that was recorded into the HDD
