" 'Owner s iPhone' is not possible with this device"
Has anyone else experienced this message when streaming an iPhone (4s if it matters) via Bluetooth?
Seems to happen sporadically with me, but when it happens, I can't use any of the steering wheel controls, the music still plays, but can only be controlled thru the actual iPhone.
Plenty of time the Bluetooth works problem free
Any ideas on causes? Solutions?
Only way I've been able to correct it is by restarting the car or iPhone
Thanks in advance

I have an iPhone 5 and that happens to me as well. It happens if you have the Bluetooth on your iPhone on and bluetooth connects to the car before you switch to Bluetooth on the G stereo screen. To correct the problem:first bring select Bluetooth as source on the G screen, and then turn Bluetooth ON on your iPhone. This way you will be able to control the music through stereo controls.

happens to me all the time. Several things ive noticed. Dont have your car on streaming and step away with the car on (disconnecting the streaming) or you have to restart the phone. Or try to recycle through the other settings and click 'play' on the screen of the navi. Last resort- restart your phone. This is my 3rd G with streaming and it still happens randomly and one of these three things fixes it.
