Transfer Nav System Addresses to new Car?

Transfer Nav System Addresses to new Car?
I have a 2011 g37x, and on Monday will be picking up a 2013 g37x (yes, I am a creature of habit, but it at least it is a different color!).

Both cars have the Nav system. Is there a way to transfer saved addresses from my current to my new car?

If this was a garmin device with a memory slot, it'd be as simple as copying one file over.

The wife just got a 2013 Altima SV with Nav last month
All the Nav info is on a SD card that plugs into a slot on the dash.
I'll have to ask the dealer if address' are also stored on that card

Perhaps someone on the Altima forum knows
