So this is what I ahve decided on for my sedan.

Focal K2 KRX3 front running off Passive Crossover
Focal 165 KRC Rear Fill
2 x Focal K2 KX27 Subs
Focal 100CVX Center Channel

2 x Eclipse XA2000 to power the subs
2 x Eclipse EA4000 to power Comps, Rear Fill and Center Channel

BitOne fo DSP

I think this covers it.

Let me know what you think of the K2's in the front. I've been pondering the K2-100 KRS component system for the mids and highs in the door but just can't swing the $650 price. Its so damn hard to find a mid that small that doesn't bore a hole in your head on axis and then drop off to near inaudible off axis.

looks like you are wanting a pretty high end set up.

It will take a lot of skill and time to tune that 3 way set up in the front properly being that you are using the passive crossovers and a bit one.

It will be worth it in the end.

Those subs are really great SQ subs. For me they are lacking the output I want. If you are wanting the best SQ you can get these subs will help you get there.

I have always wanted to run a set of K2Ps in the front doors =)

Blaze,
Have you heard the Focals next to the RF T1's? The Thiele parameters are nearly the same with the exception of the QTS which his higher on the Focals requiring a smaller sealed enclosure.

I haven't like rockdford mids since they made the fanatic series in the early 2000s.

I like the Focal sound on their mid to high end component sets. If you build an enclosure for the mids they really do come alive.

Rockford has T1 component sets now also.

I dont think you can compare the two subs just by whats published on paper.

I like the Focal subs for SQ but I need more bass in my daily driver.
