so i drive a 2010 g37x sedan and today the car display some on the radio lcd...i was backing up and when i throw in park something quick display it was a digital pic of the car and a message on top....could not read it was on for about a sec then went away has anyone come across this before..been surfing the web for warning messages on the radio could not find nothing

 

there are threads about this, although i cant remember what the display is.

 

It tells you to 'Check Surroundings for Safety"...I think..
