I had to modify a little bit coz I couldn't find the exact bike mount. It's a quick and fun DIY. Good luck.

Just google laser jammers and you'll find some. Mind you, that they are illegal in some states so check first if they are. If it is illegal, a cop will pull you over if they can't get a reading when they gun you. Disclaimer: I am not responsible for any crap you get yourself into. Joking...but not.

Eeeeehhhhh... if I were you, I wouldn't use the jammer buddy. It's way too risky unless you are doing 230mph. lol

V1 saved me many times

The place a radar( et al) detector will save you is in your small town. I can't tell you how many times a local cop would set up in a 25mph zone and just wait for you to come by at 30+. I have had a V1 for a long time in one car and I am getting another one for my new G37.

V1 all the way. I have two of them. they update for free, and the thing works! , Also, is not picked up by a radar dectector dectector. (Canada)

Knowing the direction is very helpful.. saved me a ticket my second day driving my IPL.

Laser is laser... get your papers. If lucky you pick up the car infront of you and mash the brake...

V1 best IMHO

I have a radar detector, an older Beltronics 950 - got it for about $180 new. Does the job, lets me know of radar. The one that really saved my *** many times over and more than paid for itself is my laser jammer. It's called Laser Interceptor, runs about $550. The company always uploads updates for the firmware so it can read newer LIDAR guns. Well worth it. Also, the look on the cop's face as he's constantly trying to scan you with no read is priceless.

It's legal in most states where radar detectors are legal. DO NOT confuse it with a radar jammer which is illegal EVERYWHERE.

Here's a site that is very informative for those who are interested:

I have 8500 x50 with smart cord live for iphone hard wired to rear mirror with stealth cord. I live in Va but travel alot so as soon as i hit the line leaving Va ity goes up. You can also just use escort live on iphone or android without detector connected. doesnt get you all features but still shows radar location on GPS.

It's nice to have because it lowers your chances of getting caught speeding. I don't think it's 100% efficient because I've drove by cop cars and the radar not going off till 2-3 seconds before I see them. Then there are times where I'll catch cops from a mile away. Just depends what kind of laser/radar their using. I use the Escort9500x and I've had it hardwired for about a year in my car. No speeding tickets in this G since I bought it a year and a half ago. *Knock on wood*
