Bluetooth and iPhone5 issue

Anyone with an iPhone5 and trouble answering calls when connected to G37 Bluetooth (2010 G37 convertible)? Anytime I attempt to answer a call through the system, either via touch screen or button on steering wheel , I get unpredictable results, the call gets answered but not on speaker, then I have to use phone to transfer it to speaker system.

Any input from anyone?

Thanks,

Having the same issue with my iphone 5 in my '11 convertible. I can make calls fine with the bluetooth system but everytime I answer a call I would not hear anything. I did notice however, if I reboot the phone (or reset the network) everything would work fine for a while then break again lol

Thanks,
With my iPhone 5 I noticed the issue in my 09 too and quickly discovered that if you answer the call via the phone the BT in the car is not auto enabled however, if you answer the call by selecting the "answer" button on the dash the BT works fine. These settings are different than how BT responded using my iPhone 4S and previous to that the 4.

Good luck

I am having the same problem with my 2013g
I was told by an Infiniti dealer in Dallas that the bluetooth software is to blame for the inconsistency in the connection between the iphone 5 and Infiniti cars.
He told me that a patch is being designed to help the connection problems......

Same issues with my 2010. I did notice before that when Apple would apply an update to the IOS I would have an issue for a couple of days where I would not be able to play music through the system. it always seemed to fix itself. I was hoping the same for this Bluetooth issue but it is going on over a month now.

Is the patch for the iphone or the car?

The update is for the car, and can be done by the dealer as they have corrected the problem with yet another update.
I question the engineers at Infiniti sometimes and I am sure I won't be jumping into the new Infiniti G replacement the Q.

So far, it appears the iPhone update 6.1 fixed this issue. I have not had a bad incoming call yet since the change. I will test it for a few more days to be sure.
