iPhone 4 Compatibility with 2013 (2012) Nav
I'm not having much success getting information on how to do anything other than phone with BT with my Sprint Galaxy Nexus. Sprint sold the iPhone 4 so finding a used one of those would be a compromise solution. Before I dump another $300 into making this G37 audio system do what I want, I would like to know what I will be able to do with an iPhone 4, either through BT or through the USB interface. I realize that people have moved on to iPhone 5 discussions, but I can't afford to drop $500+ on a phone I am buying only so that i can make my car work the way it should of aft4r it left the assembly plant. It is incredulous to me that 99% of what I want could be accomplished with a good old stereo aux jack, but there isn't one.

Hello All,
This is my first post; I became the owner of a CPO 2009 G37x Sedan on Wednesday. I love the car (driving 7 before I found the one for me- fun!).
My question revolves around the navigation/Bluetooth capability. I know it's been answered previously in other posts, but they aren't recent and don't match my situation.
I have a iPhone 4S, and the Bluetooth works, however it will not download the address book. Nor does it charge (though it plays music, as noted in other posts). As far as I know the navigation version is original to the car. The dealer said if I update the nav system this corrects the issue with the iPhone 4S? Can someone help me with this?
Thanks,
Brian
