Playlists when using USB for MP3s

Hi all,

I have a 32 GB USB stick plugged into my 2012 G37 with all of my music on it.

But, it doesn't seem to read any of my .m3u playlists. Does the G37 support Playlists for USB mp3s?

Still wondering about this. I store my MP3s on a USB stick so I don't want to go through the IPod/Bluetooth/etc hassle just to be able to use playlists!

Get ready to not store your MP3s on a USB stick. I just got a 2012 G37 Premium Nav earlier this year and the USB port doesn't support anything without the apple logo.
You can't even scroll through your songs to look for something without it changing tracks to whatever song you're hovering on. "Infiniti. Accelerating the Future.... of 1990 mp3 tech, fat32 only, 9GB internal storage, mp3 192 max rip rate" I think I'd have better luck feeding audio into the car with a 1/8 headphone jack. Good thing they left that out. sorry, there's no good news here, but if you find some, please post!

I have an 2012 xs sedan. I Have all my music ripped at 256kbps. Everything plays just fine (as long as it is .mp3 no .m4a)
Your absolutely right about not being able to scroll through your music though. I hate that! I just use random most of the time now.
