High pitch whine

I'm experiencing a high pitch whine on my 2009 G sedan. The whine is particularly apparent when listening to AM channels. In stops when the vehicle stops and come back once I press the gas pedal.

Audio is not my thing, so I'm hoping someone here can point.keep in the right direction tlto start.

Thanks!

whine is usually a ground issue with audio

not sure if you have recently messed with any wiring but I would retrace my steps.

Just to follow up. The noise was originating from the ECM. Didn't find the posts here on my original search. Countermeasure ECM installed, no noise now.

Thanks everyone!
