SO I BIT THE BULLET. i took a risk for $240 in purchasing the 8" version of this enclosure. The pics look fairly promising but I couldn't find any info of anyone else purchasing this enclosure so I decided maybe take one for the team and check for myself.
I purchased online then the next day got an email saying there will be a 6-8 day delay as they have multiple orders. I followed up on day 9 and got an immediate email saying that they will ship on monday (tomorrow). so far customer service was been reasonable. although disappointed my box wasn't ready to ship asap, they gave me fair warning and even replied promptly to my follow up email.
I chose 8" because i'm looking for tighter bass and im only running 200watts rms anyway, also Im against losing trunk space lol. i've gone through numerous audio setups in the past and figured i would go for 8" this time around.
My current setup:
-JL Audio XD300/1 (very small foot print in design, i believe it is 7"x7"x2" and i was able to hide it under the plastic in the right side of the trunk without sacrificing any tools and spare/jack.
-temporary 8" sealed enclosure
-Elemental Design 8.3 8" DVC 2ohm (still iffy on performance, too much mechanical magnet noise, purchased for $40 on closeout, might consider replacing it with a JL 8w3v3-4

i emailed them the other day to ask about different size boxes and they replied back very quick and told me that they can make them have more cubic feet for anyone who wants it. but when i asked if they could make one for the drivers side they said they cant because of fitment issues...
ive been thinking bout getting one from here so when you finally get yours be sure to say how good or bad it is

so after a few weeks, it finally arrived. i must say i was impressed with the packaging and most importantly, the finished product. i ordered the 8" enclosure and i am impressed with the fitment and especially for the price point and the fact that it allowed me to order it for a 8" subwoofer. it barely takes any trunk space too

updates:
-cut out a 3/4" mdf panel to fit in the space, sprayed it with plastidip
-added an audiolines overdrive line driver to assure that the amp is getting an adequate voltage clean signal from the tapped bose harness, thus allowing me to lower the gain on the amp and let it run more efficiently.
this shows how hidden and discreet the amp and line driver are

I'm more than content and happy yet I wasn't going for loudness, i consider it pretty good for SQ, no trunk rattling for me, reasonable output, definitely added more bass to my OE bose stereo. the bass is tight and punchy despite being in a larger than recommended sealed box. I'm not sure how else to describe how it sounds with words, ive come from numerous 800-1000watt rms 10" and 12" ported sub/amp and if i have to rate those a 10/10 in loudness, my 8w3 200watt rms JL setup now i would rate it a 7.5/10 (in terms of loudness, not quality) quality i would give a 10/10, again these are just my subjective opinions
