Me too! I was able to get a few days out of the 1 or 2 week free trial they had recently, and I thought it was pretty cool. I'll try the process described and post the results!

I've been paying for a sub the last two years but don't use it much because I can't find anything to listen to.

I almost think it would be a better deal to spend the 83 I spend a year on iTunes songs.

XM Trial

Ok, so I followed the easy steps. Go to XM, from there hit left arrow, which highlights the button TEXT:

And then I pushed OK. This is what I got on the screen:

If that's all, it was pretty simple. Hope it works!
I'll be on the lookout for something from Sirius XM in the mail, and will post the outcome.

Thanks frty9rsfn

Honestly, I listen to ESPN Radio, PGA Tour Radio, Jason Ellis, Stern, and listen to the other talk channels (CNN, MSNBC, etc) with some 90's-alt-hip hop programmed in there.

Here is the first letter... this is for the complimentary 3 month trial period... do not do anything it says and do not use the ID and Password...

Here is that second letter you will receive a few days after... only if you did not send, reply, and use the ID and Password... this will be for the 6 months after the complimentary trial ends...

I did exactly the same as i mentioned on my initial post and went through the process myself...

i have xm in my 08 but installed sirius nissan factory tuner to get stern before the merger. i cancelled all my subs except for the online/internet subscription $6 a month. i use the iPod interface cable and listen to sirius in the g through my iphone. i installed a pioneer avic x930bt in my explorer and stream sirius through bluetooth in that through the same iPhone.
