Help ugrading 2008 nav/audio to better system

ugrading 2008 nav/audio to better system

I have the stock system in my 2008 g37S. But it doesnt allow bluetooth connectivity for audio, just cell phone. IS there any stand alone upgrades or replaement sysems for the entire nav/audio setup ?
