Help Connecting Rear TV Screen to Main Head Unit

Connecting Rear TV Screen to Main Head Unit
Hey, I installed two tvs into my headrest and now I want to know if there is a way to connect them to my main head unit screen so I may watch from all the screens instead of just the two headrests at one time?
