CF Type 1 or Type 2

Ive got a 2009 JDM Nissan Skyline with the compact flash slot.

I was wondering do I need a Type 1 CF card or will a Type 2 CF card fit?

Type 2 are 5mm thick whilst CF 1 are 3.3mm so a type 2 will not fit in a type 1 slot.

My plan is to get a SD to CF adapter and make use of the cheaper SD cards but i need to know what type slot we have.

Thanks.

Question is what type of CF card do I need, type 1 or 2?

SD cards are easier to get, I'm located in the Caribbean.
