My woofer seems to be DEAD!

So I had some bodywork done on my car from auto theft attempt. The door panel had to be removed etc.... So when I got my car back, the windows didn't close right, wind coming in, took it back fix. Now I noticed that the front mid passenger speaker makes a buzzing noise, i have the bass all the way up and treble middle. With the same track, the buzz only comes from the right passengers mid speaker, so i set it to just go to the drivers side and the noise is gone? Next I noticed that no BASS is coming at all from the drivers sub woofer, could they have forgotten to connect it? When I put it back to the front passenger I hear the BASS and feel it with my hand. Also, I really don't hear too much BASS when I set the speakers to come from just the REAR? Are the main SUB'S only in the front of the Coupe? I think they messed up my speakers while at the body shop.
