Remove rear Speaker Grille?

Can you guys tell me how to remove the rear speaker grille/cover? Is it easy and DIY possible?

There is a DIY out there ... I followed it to get mine out. More of a pain to get back in than take out.

I re-read your post .... it's more than just the speaker grills, it's the whole back shelf. Which I think you would need to do to get to the grills anyhow.
