hi i want to see if any else has or was thinking of doing this. i want to put the head rest of the convertible Gs and put in a coupe G. if any1 has done it can u tell how much and mayb a pic what b great! the reason i am doing this is to hopefully make my system louder. i have the bose system and a 10" W6 JL and a 750watt JL amp. i have my amp half way up cuz if i put it up more my speaker will pop, i have popped 2 of them already. Plz Help ME

The factory headrest speakers are not full range...they would not make your system considerably louder. Considering your bass, you could add a second w6 which would be very loud in a ported enclosure

idk if any one has done it but if you get the headrests I will install them for 50 bucks

you need to replace your seats, i've looked into this already....and there's another thread on here mentioning about this...

oh, and you'll also need to change your deck to the convertible one cause they have an option in one of the menu's to adjust the headrest volume...you can always run off of the door speakers, but it might be overpowered and all you'll hear is your headrest speakers
