how do i use dvd player

hey guys ive been trying to play dvd's in my car but all i get is audio but no display. my car was parked when i tried playing it. is it because i dont have the tech package?

You have to apply the E -brake for the DVD interface to come on.

What cable do you need to play movies through your iPod?

None. You can only watch through DVD but I've heard people have tried the usb with failed results
