i was reading on jailbreaking it and doing it that way its because of the bluetooth software that apple has developed will not allow for bluetooth transfer of files or contacts with some devices lets just hope iOS5 fixes this flaw for our cars....
option one... get a blackberry... i know they suck *** but back up your phone book to outlook and sync it to the BB... once this is done take the BB into the car sync it and transfer your stuff
option two... i havnt tried this but i should (im just too lazy) and ive only seen it being successful on a mac due to the file issues and so on... go in your car with your phone and your laptop... pair your laptop to the car dont touch anything on the car (it probably wont work... your laptop will see the car but it wont do **** all..pair your phone to your car... now go to setup, phone, downloaded phonebook, download all, yes and it will ask to put in a code go to your computer kus it will pick up the code just look for your .vcf file and send that to your car and it that should be it.
option 3... ENTER THEM IN BY HAND... this works well... really well
