Hey what kit u use to fit the double din screen in the space, very nice set up
Yea that's not a kit it was a custom fabbed enclosure for a dissected Lilliput 7" widescreen monitor as zoop seems to have said
JJsBusaRox - It cost a pretty penny but my goal was never to have to "upgrade" my car audio like I have had in the past. It's also costing me a lot more since I pretty much had to pay twice to get it done and I'm trying to get my money back from the first guy who hosed the thing.
Nice set up.. if I gave a crap about music I'd steal your car! Anywho.. I love the dual screens.. does the computer attach to the original car screen for the guages? I wish there was a screen saver or something instead of that blank, boring ipod screen I sometimes look at with no music playing.
do you have any pictures of what it looked like when you got it back from the first guy?
I do have pics of what it looked like before but I don't know if I can show them or not due to the legal thing. Once I know for sure that I can show them I will most certainly post them
Xenolith666:
Yea the CarPC is attached to the main car screen via RGB (ScanDO) and is switchable between factory input and CarPC input via the AFS switch between the heated seat switches in the center console.
do you have any pictures of what it looked like when you got it back from the first guy?
I spoke with my lawyer and unfortunately I can't show the pictures of the previous install yet (or possibly at all) until all this mess is done with. Once I am able to do so I will post them.
OMG that is awesome!! btw what is all that metal where the spare tire goes??
I'm guessing that was sarcasm but just in case it wasn't those are my 4 amps. 3 Genesis and 1 Zapco (you can't see but is behind the last genesis amp).
