I was checking that out yesterday after i sent the box off. It will be very helpful if i can figure out which harness i am looking for in the FSM. That thing is certainly packed with info and diagrams. I wanted to check it to see if the Y harness was wired correctly, although I'm not sure i know what I'm looking for.

since I sent my Navtool off to be replaced, I have been using my navigation system with the Navtool Y-harness still in place. I'm not sure if it should even still work like this, but i noticed my back-up camera is all distorted and no longer adjust for dark lighting as it did before. Time to explore the harness.

Does your screen still show any pictures? I dont think it should show any picture without the box

Yea it still shows my nav/music screen just like it would normally. That's what has me thinking the harness is not wired correctly.

The 2010 Navigation screen is completely different from the rest of the years. You cannot use any of the interfaces designed for 2008-2009. The 2010 interface does not use RGB like all the other years. It uses a digital video signal called GVIF. The only way it'll work is to use an interface box. I am organizing a group buy on the box.
