Adding bass

Is the Infinity BassLink the most efficient way to add some bass? I don't need a lot of thump nor do I want to spend a lot. How much should an install like this cost? If there is a better 'bang-for-the-buck' please let me know.

this my set up
T1D210 10" Power T1 2-Ohm DVC Subwoofer
P1000-1bd 1000 Watt Class-bd Mono Amplifier
P400-4 400 Watt 4-Channel Amplifier
infiniti mid & high component system
custom build box for the T1D210 subwoofer

i just blown my 10 inch subwoofer latest night and get a free replacement

pictures off the amps im using
