^ LOL

3-D - try putting in a destination and then putting it on this so called "3-D" mode. Are you talking about the birds eye view thing? This must be a new thing for the 2011's...?

Do you mean like how Google Maps shows transparent profiles of all the buildings, or do you mean how major landmarks are shown as buildings?

All Infiniti's do the latter, but it's just for things like sport stadiums, airports, museums, etc. It's not a 3D rendering of the building but rather just a 3D symbol for a type of building.

Infiniti had some "3D" symbols for buildings like this:

But it doesn't have 3D renderings of all buildings in a city like this:

Actually, your wrong. In certain major cities, it does have 3D renderings of the buildings. See post #31 in this thread;

I believe it depends on zoom level and whether it is in birds eye view or not.

Yeah my Nav Unit shows the 3D buildings but only when Im in Downtown Miami. You have to be in Birds eye view I believe and you also have to zoom into one of the 2 closest settings. try zooming in all the way and if "Building Scale is availabe it will let you zoom in all the way; If not then a message will show up saying "Building Scale is not available".

^^this is correct.

not all cities have it, the amount of buildings is nothing compared to what Audi has.

Dallas has 3D I'm sure. You'll want to zoom into one of the two closest zoom levels in bird's eye view. It doesn't work past that.
