Can you clarify on your screen shot? I received the update but when I am currently on a call and a new call comes in, the only thing that changes on the screen is a "Switch Call" button that I see on your screen. It still continues to show me the current call I am on and does not display the Caller ID of the new incoming call. I only hear a beep and then the Switch Call button appears. If I choose Switch Call, it will then display the caller info of the new call and show the Hold (1) that appears in your screenshot.
When you are on an existing call and a new call comes in, can you see the Caller ID info of the new incoming call prior to answering? If so, can you post a screen shot? Also, what phone are you using?

When I recieve another call, it tells me who is calling before I answer - the new call number and name is displayed where it says "call in progress" when the call comes in. I can not show you a screen shot of this now but if i get around to it later i will take a picutre of it.

my invoice did not list the TSB numbers, it just says "updated Nav software"
on the dealer invoice though it lists these two number

When I talked to my service writer she said they had to do TWO seperate updates and that is why it took so long. I was the first one the ever did, the CD the had from Infiniti to do the update was still new in the box and not opened. She had mentioned it shipped to them the week prior and it was a new update.
