Do you mean the music skips on playback with bluetooth mode? If so, I think this has resolved this issue for me as well. Not 100% sure as this was intermittent.

Hey guys, this issue has been bothering me since I got the car in October.

I am seeing conflicting information now. This thread sounds promising, but I am reading here:

https://www.myg37.com/forums/audio-v...l-waiting.html

That looks like its still a no go? What is the TSB # I should give my dealership? Im bringing my car there Thursday for other issues and I;d like to have this done the same day (if it works)

I am using an iPhone 4 and 2010 G37s

TSB# ITB10066

Should work fine for your car. Alot of dealers still dont know about the upgrade so you have to be persistent. Seems some people with Blackberry's are having problems with the latest upgrade, not the Iphone. Hope all goes well.

I had the update done yesterday. The dealer had no idea about it so I just wrote down the TSB number for them.

Anyway, I am not happy. Not only did it not resolve the call-waiting issue (BB Storm), now my 1G Nano no longer is recognized.

Unhappy Confused with this TSB!!

I have a 2010 G37 Journey + Prem + Navi. I had the dealer perform the TSB upgrade today.

With my iPhone 3GS (latest iOS), I dont see call waiting working . Not before the update , not after!! No change.

Also, I was reading that voice dialing works by hitting the Phone button and saying "Phonebook <voicetag>". This does not work either.

I have no way of getting voice tags to work. How are others with 2010 G's using voice dials ?

What is the indication that this TSB was successfully performed ?

So, Does the new screen indicate who is second caller is? Mine only gives the option to switch caller, but you have to do it blindly or look at your phone to figure out who it is.

Actually, I am still getting the music skipping with bluetooth even though my call waiting is working now. (the call waiting was a much bigger issue)

Thx Christian. I have to go in for the ITB10075 (Tranny Reprog) so i will have them do 10066 at the same time.

Do they not have "Revision" numbers on ITBs? I would think that the change Max pointed out would up-rev the ITB.
