In an auto car you have to press the brake to get it in gear, in 6mt couldn't someone jack your car? But if the doors are auto locked when it engages remote start, it really isn't a big concern unless someone breaks your window.

Firstly, you probably wouldn't remotely start your car if you are too far away, or if dont plan to go to your car any time soon.

Secondly, the door will be locked and breaking the window will trigger the alarm and cut off the engine.

Finally, even if all that failed, you will still need to brake at some point with a 6mt. Whether its to slow down at a turn, light, or stop sign, any tiny tap on the brake and the engine is off.

correct, and chances are if its running some one wont thing to get in and push the start button on the dash twice so once they get going and hit the breaks, they will be in for a rude awaking.

yes the distance using the factory remote isnt great, but i hate carrying extra **** so i deal with it.

i used a Crime stopper RS just a base model and i will have to check on the bypass once i get the car back from the body shop.

In the future, I wanna do this on my 7AT G. Are you gonna be writting up DIY sometime?
and is it going to be hard or easy one for people who doesn't know at all about electric circuit, wiring etc?

Also can you also set like "four clicks of door lock button to start" instead of three times? I habitually press door like two to three times to lock the door.

Having Hvac controls on the bypass module would be awesome if a company could pull it off.
edit: just realized that would be pointless as I always keep it at 69 auto. Remote heated seat control would be nice though...

my car is an auto. the number of times you push lock is related to the remote start unit it self, not the install. and in theory you could do your heated seats also, i will have to look but i believe there is a wire you can trigger to turn them on.
