Dealer can order .... mine was missing on our 08 we bought used. Part of the deal was they would provide. I think the dealer one costs around $45
I bought a used 08 this spring that was also missing the cable. The nissan dealer I bought the car from tried to order one from the factory but they kept sending the wrong part (the cap for the connector vice the cable). He finally asked me to purchase one on line and bring him the bill for reimbursment. I got one on E-bay for a decent price and he paid for it. It works fine.
I have an 08 coupe and an iPod touch. Am I able to just but RCA cables for the iPod or do I need the connector?
You might be able to get audio only but you won't be able to control the ipod from your wheel or audio controls. And you won't be able to charge it ... just get the cable.
