How to reset bluetooth?

Guys,

Can anyone tell me how I can reset my bluetooth settings? I was messing around and somehow my iphone is now connected as 2nd phone (with first phone being empty). I just want to disconnect the #2 connected device and reconnect to #1 device.

Thanks.

Pretty sure you have to delete it as a recognized phone and reconnect again.

I think that's what I did the first time, which resulted in my phone being a #2 bluetooth device (with the #1 slot empty)...

That's exactly what I don't want.... I want my phone to be in the first slot, not second slot with first being empty.

Yep, you'll need to delete the number 2 spot. There isn't a way to change one slot priority to a different one.

I tried deleting #2 spot and reconnecting the bluetooth phone, but it still goes to #2 slot...

Ok, I got it to be positioned in slot #1. I basically disconnect and reconnect the phone after restarting the car. I think that was the solution... Anyways, thanks for your responses.

I'm having BT issues. Was working fine for months. Now it just won't connect.

In the list of phones connected, it shows my phone, however...

I'm unable to EDIT or DELETE. Just CONNECT. But the CONNECT fails.

I unplugged the battery for 2 hours hoping that would fix it. Nope.

Any other way to reset Bluetooth?

never mind; figured it out.

Delete it first (must do it within like 5s of turning car on), then re-add the phone device.
