LIDAR jamming Question

LIDAR jamming Question
I currently have a valentine one radar detector, but no matter how good your radar detector is, the laser protection part of it is worthless. Once you get an alert, it is too late. So my plan was to install a Laser Interceptor LIDAR jammer, and just disable the laser detection on my V1. Problem is, I have the adaptive speed control, and it uses laser as well to adjust the vehicle speed. Will the Laser interceptor interfer with the adaptive speed control?

yup it will interfere ![Frown](https://www.myg37.com/forums/images/smilies/frown.gif)
whenever you drive by infiniti vehicles equipped with adaptive cruise control it sets of the laser detection on the V1.... whatever is coming from the car that sets it off will interfere with your jammers...as to whether there is a workaround for this, I'm not sure
I would hold off on LIDAR purchase for a couple of months, as it is our cars arent designed for the best placement, im pretty sure you dont want to risk punch through AFTER spending 1500 dollars to get the system in place. A certain group is working on an attachment to exist jammer systems that use diodes to spread the jamming capability over the a greater surface area on the front and the back...i think it would be worth the wait as far as that goes..
google and visit radar detector forums and read up on it before a purchase...I want jammers as well but I dont want to pay that much money and still get a speeding ticket

Yeah, no doubt about that. From what I have heard the Laser Interceptor is the best out there, but they are not cheap. If I were to buy it and it would work properly with the adaptive speed control, the it would definitely be worth it. I know my V1 has payed for itself many times over. I would be pi$$ed if it was incompatable with the adaptive speed control though.

^^^^ I'm still in school I don't really feel comfortable paying for the LI system...I would probably go blinder but I'm going to wait on that new system that's supposed to come out....you have to mount the heads on the bottom of the headlight for the perfect install....I don't kno if I want the jammers so visible
