Dude that's like comparing the taste of a 59 cent hamburger from McDonalds to In N Out.

I've had a few people complain about my voice quality from my iPhone 3G. It seems fine when I'm not on the freeway. But when I am, the road noise makes it hard for the other side to hear.

Dang, I kind of want to get an iPhone 4 in January if it comes out for Verizon, but I'm also very tempted to get an Android phone too. A big reason why I want the iPhone is so I can plug it into the car...if only we could plug Android phones in instead...

For those of you using an Iphone in your G with bluetooth, when the phone is paired with the car, will the phone give you email and text message alerts??? I look down at my phone after a while and I have a bunch of emails and text, but I my phone isn't making any sound to notify me. Please note witch iPhone you're using.

wow i think the op was talking about cars mic more than the phone...I have the same issue where which ever phone i use the ppl on the other end are always say "what i can't hear you"...whether i talk louder, closer to the speaker or softer...

Frankly i think it the cars issue and not so much the phone. I told the dealer about it and they just adjusted the incoming/outgoing vol, which did nada...I had the same issue with my 07 M35 but not with my 08 G, and now again if not even worse on the '10 G.

I find myself transferring to "handset" so ppl can hear and I always get the "oh that's so much better, i can hear you now" all the while having my windows up and ac on low(fan not blaring). Its gotta be a mic issue that no setting is going to fix!

I have an EVO and it works perfectly. Even the BT phone book download worked extremely well. If only, I could get the phone book to scroll without having to stop the car, that's my only complaint.
