i wonder why people are using ipod touches. such a waste when you can't "touch" it anyway.
i have an old 1g ipod nano that i use. i like how it charges my ipod. just plug and forget.
my point, i leave my touch in my gym bag and my nano in my arm rest console.

I use my iPhone 3gs cuz of all the cool GPS-based apps and free streaming music via pandora, slacker, yahoo radio, I heart radio, etc. Don't need no fat ipod with all that mess. Except when I go into 'edge' areas. Which is most of Mississippi, so maybe I do need a big fat ipod.

My iPod died and I'm just using a usb stick for now. Its not that bad since I can still browse folder/track names.

What do you lose compared to iPod control - just the ability to browse by artist/genre?

6th Gen 16GB Nano works flawlessly in my 2011 Sedan.

When purchased, did not realize I can not stream without the Navi Package. :-(

Tried the USB stick, but folder names and file names were truncated on the display. Difficult to choose song titles.

3rd Generation Nano w/Infiniti Cable

Hi Guys,

Thinking of picking up a 3rd Gen Nano from Craigslist since they are pretty cheap and compact. I'd use it with the Infiniti cable.

I have an 08. Any thoughts?

I just plug in a 16gb usb stick. I never unplug it, except when I want to update it. one less thing to worry about. it works well for me.
