Another sub/bass solution: RF Punch Overload
Rockford Fosgate makes an enclosed, powered trunk subwoofer. The model # is PS300-12. Here's a recent magazine review. $599 Crutchfield Signature product. $80 installation. $30 remote control. $113 4-year warranty. $823 out the door.
The idea seems to be similar to the $299 Infinity Basslink ($419 out the door with installation & 3-year warranty) which is notorious for dying just after the 1-year warranty expires according to several online reviews.
I wouldn't buy either model without an extended warranty.
Anyone have experience with: 1) the RF brand in general, 2) this product in particular, or 3) the Basslink product?
Many thanks.

You'd need 22"W x 16"D x 12"T. Here's the "owner's manual." The unit weighs in at 35 lbs. (Compare a JL Audio PowerWedge Max at 45 lbs).
It fits in the back part of the sedan trunk, leaving you room for golf clubs in the front part of the trunk. It would block the bottom half the ski-pass thru, however.
EDIT: I wonder what it would sound like with the ski-pass thru open and the backseat armrest down!!

I'm kickin' now! ![Biggthumpup](https://www.myg37.com/forums/images/smilies/biggthumpup.gif)
Install took about 2 hours at Houston Car Stereo. Had them tap into lines 33-36 from the head unit so I can fade center to front for increased sub response, and center to rear for decreased sub response.
I had a remote installed as well. Glad I did, as I need to tone that sucker down on some songs (and up on others)!
We mounted it on it's side in the back of the trunk. So it's 15.3" tall, 11" deep and 21.3" wide. Plenty of room for golf clubs in front part of the trunk. The ski pass thru is now the subwoofer pass thru, however, so this may not be a good solution for our Rocky Mountain G37 owners.
I'll try to get some pictures up, but since the unit is black and the trunk carpet is black, I don't know if they'll turn out.

BTW - in the 2010 sedan, the Bose Amp and smaller OEM amp are mounted under the rear deck on the driver's side. All the schematics I had seen somehow led me to believe they were mounted in the floor of the trunk for some reason. Maybe I was looking at them wrong.
