So I was just randomly surfing thru ebay and I came across these high ouput alternator for G37. What do you guys think about these?

Honestly I think the price difference is a typo. These items was listed about 3 days ago.

Yeah, but he has a 90.5% positive feedback and most of them are high output alternators.

Its just a rewound oem alternator. If its like high ouput alt i had on my last car...which was also an oem rewound....at idle it absolutely sucked. More so than my stock one. My idle voltage was around 13v and the highest output of the amp didnt kick in till past 4k rpms and the lights would dim horribly while at a stop, untill i got back on the gas.. And for a daily driver thats just not gonna happen...like you would in a sound off with the rpms kept high. Unless you are going to use this car to compete proffesionally, the stock alt should be more than enough.

If you want a true H/O Alt, talk to dcpower! They quoted me around $500 for a 270XP, puts out 200A idle.
As for that alt, it is an Iraggi Alt, which means it is somewhat good, but they have shoddy service.
