i have 2010 g37 coupe with bluetoothe phone system connecting to my samsung 747 phone. its works for about a week then suddently all my handheld telephone numbers erased from its memory. i never had a chance to store the phone numbers in the car phone system. i tried to use the car phone bluetooth system but the car system does not recognize my 747 phone. as of now i cannot reconnect.
anyone have this problem?
any solution?

i was thinking about disconnect the battery cable and reconnect them back to get reset but its might just re-erase its again.
