Audio No Volume FML

yea guys so i have no clue why my audio has not volume any ideas?

it was working perfectly fine earlier but then i had to jump start my car cuz i left it in my garage for acouple weeks w/o driving it, my car started but then wen i went to play music or bluetooth there was NO VOLUME...

i tried searching but didnt find any threads. the manual was no help, any ideas before i hit up the dealer?

It's hard to even guess without looking into the system. I imagine the first thing they'd look for is a broken or shorted wire coming from the audio out in your system. Or it could be the device itself malfunctioning. But, like I said, our guesses aren't worth much at this point. Might as well just take it in for warranty service.

I'm wondering if there was some kind of power surge when you jumped it. One would hope a fuse would blow before any actual damage was done, but I guess that's not always the case. I'm not sure if you should mention the jump start or not. Unless you're eligible for the battery tsb.

maybe you blew the bose amp fuse. check the fuse box in the driver footwell, there is a fuse for that there.

Ahhh. I didn't know there was a fuse for the speaker amp itself that wouldn't shut down the electronics with it if it blew. Sounds like a good possibility.
