G37 Bluetooth phone system - how do I get the names of incoming callers to show?

the type of phone is also another factor. it depends on how the phone transfers data to the car over bluetooth. Which is why you cant send your phone book from your iPhone to the car.
my last phone was a moto Q9m.....it would play the phones ringtone through the cars speaker. my BB Tour doesnt do that now

Update on my posting - I've now spoken to the Infiniti bluetooth help desk, and they tell me that - unlike earlier years - the 2010 caller IDs do not show names of incoming calls. This seems odd - why should there be a backwards step in technology? Does any owner of a 2010 Infiniti have a car that shows the names of incoming phone calls?
