Did the sync with the 4 week old 2010 G Sports Coups and Blaaaam!!
All the contacts show up on the nav screen-no more gibberish.
So far so good.
Next I'll try to place a call using the voice activated system to see if it can find a number in the iphone4 handset phonebook.

This is the reason I've ordered iPhone 4. I've given up on my current iPhone. Keep us posted.

Just got a notice in the mail today that there is an update to the navi software for the iPhone issues (as well as some other things) for the 2010 G37s.
I've been having all these problems with my 3G. Hopefully this really does fix the problems.

Just got the notice too. Won't be getting the update done until I take it in for its next service, which will be a while. First person who gets the update installed needs to report back!
