Using NAV (Points of Interest) while driving

All,

Does anybody know how to use the NAV WHILE DRIVING to find nearby places or points of interest? I know you can enter an address while driving by using voice commands.

Any ideas would be much appreciated!

use the voice commands...just push the voice button then say "nearby places" and it will list the different categories you have set (which you can change by pushing the "setting" button)

if it wont let you do it make sure that you go into "settings" and set the voice control at the full range, i think when it is set by the dealership its on the limited setting

i wont speak to using the nav (typing instead of voice commands) while driving b/c i think its a VERY bad idea to do, plus that is why the voice commands exist anyways. you can do everything from the voice commands that you can do by typing

The KPtechnologies NI35 allows full operation of all the "grayed out" options while moving without drilling any holes or adding any external switches.
