I would never trade in my car for small upgrades like this. The XM weather will probably cost a monthly fee; may only be a few bucks but I would never pay to see weather reports.

i just totaled my 09 7at g37s, i loved that car it was only 6 months old.. So this is perfect 2010 here i come!!!!

I imagine that you would have to replace the screen, a/v control unit, the hard drive and the iPod interface system. The 2010's are going to run off of a USB connection, not the propriatery iPod connection that the 08-09's have. You would probably have 4-5K tied up in parts just to do that. Not worth it imo...
