Bluetooth not working

Hi All,
I have a new G37x AWD Sedan, with Premium and Navigation. I have a bluetooth enabled motorola razr. The phone worked fine for about 10 days, until I noticed that I the phone did not automatically get recognized. So I canceled the pairing and re-paired them, and that worked for some time.

Today the phone did not get recognized again, and I deleted the pairing again. Now, however the "bluetooth" tab in the settings menu has gone permanently gray and I cannot access it. I also cannot bluetooth back on, as the tab is gray and cannot be changed

I took it to the dealer and he said that he needs to connect a computer to the car and reboot it. Is it a glitch or something that I am doing.

Thanks
AS

I had a vx8350 that wouldn't stay connected even though it's one of the "tested" models.
BTW, the tab will be grayed out when the car is moving.

Hi Guys,
Thanks for the feedback. My phone is a Motorola Razr. The reason for the grey is

1) Moving car
2) No phone was paired

I hooked up my friend's IPhone and the the bluetooth tab could be controlled. The I-Phone works fine, but the system still will not recognize the phone. Is it the phone or the system

Regards

Hi,
I don't know that for sure, but it is the model of RAZR that comes with Verizon.

Well, I've got a new problem.

My Bluetooth just stopped working yesterday. My same Blackberry has been paired for over a year now. The weird part is the bluetooth indicator on the phone still blinks.

I tried cancelling the phone and reinstalling, but the car will not cancel the phone. I've got to bring it in Friday for a recall notice, so I'll let the dealer play with it.

The same day I also got a key fob low battery warning. I assume that is just a coincidence. I haven't hasd time to look it up in the manual yet.

Anyone have any ideas?
