I'm thinking about getting BELTRONICS STI-R. Anybody used this unit before?

Since I am looking for inside the grille installation, I don't know if it will be hard to route the wires to inside the vehicle. Has anybody routed wires from under the hood to inside of the vehicle? Was it hard to do?

I ran a 4awg wire from the battery to my trunk, so its kind of the same. You gotta go to the rubber grommet thats under the plastic that the windshield wiper blades lay on. Its a few clips, and it just pops out.

Poke a hole through the grommet, and feed your wire through. You can then see it coming out of the passenger foot well. Helps if you tie a solid wire to the end of the other wire, that way it wont get all bundled up while your trying to catch it on the other side.
