Navi/Climate Control freeze issue fix

I just got off of the phone with Infiniti and was told some very interesting things about our navi systems freezing up and re-booting later on. My service advisor told me that there is an incompatibility issue between the navi software and the software that controls the radio/HVAC unit. I was told there is going to be a TSB fix out for it later this week or the beginning of this next week. I was told that the new software was designed to work together properly and not have the glitches that we are all experiencing. I'd report back how the TSB is, but I am still waiting for a new hard drive to come in, since somehow or other mine got fried. I'm almost at 2 months now.

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up that there is a fix on the way to solve this issue.

Interesting. I'm assuming this is an issue with all Infiniti models? Luckily mine has only locked up once (almost 8 months ago).
