Trunk will not open
If your battery is dead there is no way to open the trunk. Don't keep your jumper cables back there.

happened at the auto body shop when i went to pic up my belongings befor they junked the car.

You can't go through the back seat and pull the emergency latch.

LOL it's a good point to bring up but you can access the trunk. Use the key to unlock the door hop in the back, lift up on the latch and move the rear seats forward then either reach in the trunk or pull the trunk release and it will open up.

IN between the two back seats where the tray is, probably have to put your fingers in there and pull out a red latch, pull it and the seats will move forward.
