Still waiting for AV unit
Well, I posted here about 5 weeks ago regarding my Nav radio being unable to change the channel from A1. I called my dealer and they told me to bring in the car. I got there, only for them to tell me that they would have to order the part. Over four weeks later, it still hasn't arrived. They told me two weeks ago that the part was due last week. This week they're telling me that it's due in two more weeks.
Meanwhile, the problem with the radio has spread so that most of the A's are now unusable.
Is it asking too much that a part for a $45k car is available within 6 weeks of something breaking? I have owned 6 cars in the past 3 years and I have never had anything like this happen before, (my cars have been American, Japanese, and German).
If this is the type of service that I can expect from Infiniti, I will certainly not be spending my dollars with them again.

I'm still waiting too... I don't have the car though, because the hard drive problem caused a problem with the interlock system, so as of now, the car won't start at the dealership, until it gets a hard drive. I was told potentially Monday- I'm hoping so. I've been in their loaner sedan for over a month.
