Do the window reset step like mentioned earlier. Someone had a problem like this before and it was due to the car losing power at sometime. The windows roll down to save the window from getting caught I believe.

When we were doing my stereo, this happened when we disconnected the plugs in the door panel. You need to reset it by closing the window and then holding up the window switches for 3 secs. If you don't, every time you open the door it will roll all the way down. Maybe something else triggered it for you, but thats how to resolve the immediate issue.

This just happened to me this morning...and my key was on my dresser in my house! I went out last night and came home around midnight and the windows were up, but this morning when i went to leave for work they were down and the key was never even in my pocket. Also the doors were still locked when i went out this morning. Anyone ever find out what causes this???
