I'm having a weird issue with an 8000 series blackberry and the bluetooth feature of the G37. The problem is whenever I step out of the g37, my blackberry locks up.

When I get in the g, the blackberry and the car sync up nicely. Calls work fine. But then when I get out of the G, my blackberry is locked up and I have to press the power button on the blackberry to get the functions on the phone working again.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? And if so, is there any fix?

 

I have both an AT&T and Verizon 8800 series hooked up to my G and have never had any issues....

 

After doing some more research, I think it's the standby mode. If you have the blackberry in standby and then make a call in the G, and then disconnect and exit the car, the phone locks up. But if the phone was never in standby, there shouldn't be any issues.
